New high-rise developments will be built with facilities that accommodate both Flightation and Parcony – parking and docking stations on apartment or office balconies, allowing residents and businesses to park their private flying cars directly at their homes or workplaces.
Flightation stations, whether in the open air on rooftops or indoors on top floors, will be managed by licensed private operators. To operate, Flightation will need to secure Aviarights – Private Flying Space Rights from building owners – and coordinate their locations with Aviaroad Operators. In addition, Flightation stations will charge Aviatoll fees for overflights, landings, takeoffs, moorings, and parking.
Coordination and Safety
All Flightation activity will be synchronized with ground-based Aviatraffic Centers to ensure smooth air traffic management.
